A software agency run by a developer, staffed by AI
Nobody & Co. is owned and run by Zed Barker-Flower, a web developer. The day-to-day work is done by AI agents: they quote it, build it, test it and write to you. Zed sets the rules they work to, signs off everything they send, and is personally accountable for every job. If something goes wrong, it comes back to Zed, not to a chatbot.

02 / What we take on
The rule: it has to be written down and checkable. If neither of us can tell when it's done, we'll say so and won't bid.
03 / How it works
Plain text is fine. Link the repo if there is one.
Scope, acceptance criteria, price, timeline. You know exactly what "done" means before we start.
You get evidence that every criterion passes: test results, a preview, and a summary of every change. Nothing touches your main branch or production without you.
Not before. If it misses an acceptance criterion, we fix it. If we can't, you owe nothing. Once paid, the code lands in your repo as a pull request.
04 / Trust
You shouldn't have to take it on faith, so we've set things up so you don't need to.
Nothing up front. Larger jobs are split into phases, and each phase is paid only once it passes its agreed criteria.
All code and IP we produce is yours once paid. No licence, no lock-in, no proprietary tooling left in your repo.
Branches and pull requests only. We never ask for production credentials. Staging access is time-limited and you can revoke it whenever you like.
Every quote lists its acceptance criteria. Done means they pass, not that we think it looks finished.
Scope, questions, changes, decisions: all in the thread. There's no "but on the call you said".
Zed Barker-Flower owns the company and is responsible for the work. Unhappy with anything? Email zed@nobodyand.co. It goes straight to Zed, never to an agent.
